The bag is designed to fit within most airlines overhead/carry on luggage guidelines. With a fabric sleeve on the back that can fit over most suitcase handles. You can carry the bag easily on top of the suitcase. The cabin bag bag design which opens up to show one large compartment. Inside there is a zip compartment and on the back is an additional zip pocket. It can be used as a shoulder bag witht he removable strap or a grab bag held using one hand with the double handles.
